Η Φωτεινή Κεχαγιά είναι εκπαιδευτικός, έχει σπουδάσει στο ελληνικό Ανοιχτό auto shopping Πανεπιστήμιο και είναι πτυχιούχος του τομέα Ανθρωπιστικών Σπουδών, του τμήματος Ισπανική Γλώσσα και Πολιτισμός. Μιλάει πέντε ξένες γλώσσες, αγγλικά, γερμανικά, ιταλικά, ισπανικά και πορτογαλικά. Στις 04/10/08 αφυπνίστηκε πνευματικά και από τότε βλέπει το κόσμο με άλλο μάτι.  Έχει μυηθεί στις θεραπευτικές τέχνες του Αγγελικού Ρέικι, της Αύρα Σώμα και του Magnified Healing και έχει ιδρύσει το Θεραπευτικό Σύστημα Αγγελική Θεραπευτική-Φωτεινή Κεχαγιά, όπως επίσης και το Rainbow Reiki Fotini Kehagia. Σκοπός της ζωής μου είναι να θεραπεύει τον εαυτό της και τους άλλους. Κάνει θεραπείες, ομαδικούς αγγελικούς διαλογισμούς, σεμινάρια, μυήσεις και παράγει θεραπευτικά Cd Διαλογισμού που τα εκφωνεί η ίδια. Συνηθίζει να λέει: «Είμαι εργάτης του φωτός. auto shopping Αγαπώ να θεραπεύω τις πληγές μου και τις πληγές του κόσμου, είναι ο λόγος της ύπαρξης μου». Το 2010 έλαβε καθοδήγηση να ασχοληθεί με τις τέχνες και αυτό έκανε. Μυήθηκε στο κόσμο της υποκριτικής και μαθήτευσε στο πλευρό του Θοδωρή Αθερίδη, Γιώργου Καραμίχου auto shopping και Ακίνδυνου Γκίκα.
